Are waterpark/pool passes included with our stay?

Yes, 6 passes to the waterpark are included with each night of your stay. The waterpark is open daily during the season between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day. In the off-season the indoor waterpark is open on weekends and holidays.
There is also a private condo pool available for your use without any passes during the season.

Are pets allowed?

It is against the HOA rules for a non-owner to have a pet in the condo. If a pet is brought into the condo a minimum of $250 will be charged.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at4:00 PM.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Where are the condos located?

The condos are located in Arnold's Park, IA at Bridges Bay Resort. Guests will enjoy beautiful lake views from the condo and all of the amenities at Bridges Bay.

What's nearby?

Okoboji has so many fun things to do! All of the lake activities, the Arnold's park amusement park and many wonderful bars and restaurants. There are free concerts on the outdoor stage every Saturday night followed by fireworks shows in the season! There are multiple venues to see live music. We have outdoor movies playing on Wednesday nights from the end of June through mid-August live theatre and so much more!
